Description

Deliciously baked ham and cheese sliders on Hawaiian rolls, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 slices of Sliced Ham
  • 12 slices of Sliced Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds (optional)
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced ham over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Add the sliced cheese evenly over the ham.
  5. Whisk together the Dijon mustard, chopped onion, and poppy seeds in a mixing bowl; spread this mixture over the cheese.
  6. Press the top halves of the rolls back on.
  7. Brush the tops with the melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  9. Rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, customize with sautéed mushrooms or peppers. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
