Deliciously baked ham and cheese sliders on Hawaiian rolls, perfect for any gathering.

- 12 Hawaiian Rolls
- 12 slices of Sliced Ham
- 12 slices of Sliced Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
- ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds (optional)
- ½ cup Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the sliced ham over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Add the sliced cheese evenly over the ham.
- Whisk together the Dijon mustard, chopped onion, and poppy seeds in a mixing bowl; spread this mixture over the cheese.
- Press the top halves of the rolls back on.
- Brush the tops with the melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, customize with sautéed mushrooms or peppers. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
