Description

Deliciously crispy baked chicken tenders with a flavorful garlic and paprika coating, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up your breading station with three bowls: one with mixed flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; one with beaten eggs; one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Dip the coated tender into the egg, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Roll the tender in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure coverage.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, allowing space between each piece.
  7. Lightly spray tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness.

Notes
