Description

A refreshing and indulgent pasta salad combining crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce, and juicy tomatoes, all coated in creamy ranch dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces pasta (rotini or bow tie)
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and set it aside.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, add the cooled pasta, chopped bacon, chopped lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  3. Dress the salad: Pour the ranch dressing over the salad. Toss everything gently to coat.
  4. Season: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and adjust as desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

Notes

Make ahead for best flavor; keep the dressing separate until serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
