Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant—about 30 seconds.
- Cook the ground chicken, breaking it apart until browned—about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and soy sauce, cooking until tender-crisp—about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stir fry over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
