Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
- Combine in a mixing bowl the peanut butter, brown sugar, oats, and baking soda until thoroughly mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Keep an eye on the cookies as they can quickly overbake. If dough is too sticky, refrigerate for a bit before baking.
