Description

Zucchini Ricotta Melts with Marinara is a delicious and healthy dish that combines the creaminess of ricotta cheese with the freshness of zucchini, topped with a rich marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh to create a boat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each zucchini half with the ricotta mixture.
