Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the broccoli and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until bright green and just tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or quinoa.
Notes
