- 1 cup mango sauce or mango chutney
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mango sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can use chicken thighs instead of breasts. Feel free to marinate longer for enhanced taste.
