Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Once bubbles appear, carefully flip the pancakes using a spatula and cook until golden brown.
- Immediately upon removing from the skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Stack them on a plate and serve warm, drizzled with syrup or topped with whipped cream.
