- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Toss to coat the asparagus evenly.
- Spread the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
