Description

Delightful protein-packed bagels bursting with color and joy, perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Water (for boiling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and protein powder in a large bowl.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Shape the dough into bagels, creating a hole in the center.
  5. Prepare a large pot of boiling water and drop in the bagels, boiling for 1 minute on each side.
  6. Transfer the bagels to a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Bagels can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat by toasting or microwaving for a few seconds.
