- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Water (for boiling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and protein powder in a large bowl.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into bagels, creating a hole in the center.
- Prepare a large pot of boiling water and drop in the bagels, boiling for 1 minute on each side.
- Transfer the bagels to a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
