Ingredients

- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the quick oats and mini chocolate chips.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the dry mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Place the formed bites on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the energy bites to an airtight container and enjoy.
