Description

Delightful no-bake energy bites made with peanut butter, oats, honey, and chocolate chips, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the quick oats and mini chocolate chips.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the dry mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the formed bites on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer the energy bites to an airtight container and enjoy.
