Description
Deliciously flaky croissant rolls filled with gooey mozzarella and zesty pepperoni, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

- 1 package croissant dough
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 ounces pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Unroll the package of croissant dough and separate into individual triangles.
- In a small bowl, prepare the filling by placing the shredded mozzarella cheese and halved pepperoni slices.
- Melt the butter in a microwave safe dish and stir in garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
- Brush the butter mixture over each croissant dough triangle.
- At the wide end of each triangle, add a few pieces of pepperoni and sprinkle shredded mozzarella over it.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the point, encasing the filling.
- Place the rolled croissants on the baking sheet with space between them.
- Brush remaining butter mixture over the tops.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
For make-ahead convenience, the croissant rolls can be assembled and refrigerated before baking. Allow them to come to room temperature for 10–15 minutes before baking. Customize the filling with vegetables or different meats as desired.
