- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup jasmine rice

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a medium bowl, blend the maple syrup, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the rice: In a saucepan, prepare jasmine rice following the package instructions using coconut milk instead of water, about 15-20 minutes.
