Description

Delicious Keto Crunchwraps filled with seasoned beef, creamy cheese, and fresh vegetables, offering a satisfying crunch in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat. Layer with beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa.
  3. Fold it Up: Gently fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling, creating a pocket.
  4. Cook to Perfection: Wipe the skillet clean, coat with olive oil, and place the wraps seam side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve and Indulge: Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve warm with additional sour cream or salsa.
