- 4 low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat. Layer with beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa.
- Fold it Up: Gently fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling, creating a pocket.
- Cook to Perfection: Wipe the skillet clean, coat with olive oil, and place the wraps seam side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
