Description

A mouthwatering blend of flavors in a juicy ground chicken burger, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for toppings
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a loose ball.
  3. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and add oil once hot.
  4. Place the chicken balls onto the skillet and smash each down to about ½ inch thickness. Cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Carefully flip each burger and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. If using cheese, add a slice on top during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on another pan or in the oven.
  7. Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and serve warm.

Notes

Consider using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option. You can also customize the spices to your taste.
