Description

A vibrant, refreshing salad bursting with sweetness from ripe mangoes and a medley of colorful veggies, all dressed in zesty lime juice.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions
