- 1 avocado, diced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Dice the ripe mangoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, avocado, and finely chop the red onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes and coarsely chop the cilantro.
- Combine in a bowl: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the diced ingredients.
