- 6 Hot Cross Buns, torn into pieces
- 1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
- 1/2 cup Celery, diced
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Sage
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the celery and onion until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the torn Hot Cross Buns, sautéed vegetables, cranberries, walnuts, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the chicken or vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Notes
- This stuffing can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to add other dried fruits or nuts for additional flavor.
