Description

Hot Cross Bun Stuffing is a unique and flavorful twist on traditional stuffing, perfect for holiday meals.


Ingredients

  • 6 Hot Cross Buns, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1/2 cup Celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Sage
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the celery and onion until soft.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the torn Hot Cross Buns, sautéed vegetables, cranberries, walnuts, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the chicken or vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Notes

  • This stuffing can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
