Description

A delightful twist on the classic Big Mac, these homemade wraps feature seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and a creamy sauce—all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onions
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cover and chill the sauce.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook until no pink remains, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Warm the Tortillas: Microwave them between damp paper towels for about 30 seconds, or toast in a dry skillet until pliable.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Spread 2 tablespoons of the Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Layer with ground beef, shredded lettuce, onions, dill pickles, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll and Toast: Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in the skillet. Toast for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Slice each wrap diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make-ahead the sauce and beef a day in advance. Customize with additional toppings like tomatoes or avocado.
