Description
A delightful twist on the classic Big Mac, these homemade wraps feature seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and a creamy sauce—all wrapped in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cup chopped onions
- 0.5 cup dill pickles
- Salt and pepper
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cover and chill the sauce.
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook until no pink remains, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Warm the Tortillas: Microwave them between damp paper towels for about 30 seconds, or toast in a dry skillet until pliable.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread 2 tablespoons of the Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Layer with ground beef, shredded lettuce, onions, dill pickles, and cheddar cheese.
- Roll and Toast: Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in the skillet. Toast for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve and Enjoy: Slice each wrap diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping.
Notes
Make-ahead the sauce and beef a day in advance. Customize with additional toppings like tomatoes or avocado.
