Description

Indulge in these high-protein pepperoni pizza rolls, offering a crispy exterior and gooey, cheesy interior, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
  • Pepperoni Slices
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into squares approximately 4 inches wide.
  4. Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners over to seal each roll.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
