Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- Pepperoni Slices
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Italian Seasoning
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares approximately 4 inches wide.
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners over to seal each roll.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
