- 1 whole Fresh pineapple (Sliced into rings)

- 1 tablespoon Additional cinnamon and sugar (for sprinkling on top)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pineapple: Slice your fresh pineapple into rings, ensuring they are uniform in thickness.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the large egg and then add the milk. Mix until smooth.
- Create the Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones, mixing until just combined.
- Heat the Oil: In your frying pan or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Fry the Pineapple: Dip each pineapple ring into the batter, ensuring it gets thoroughly coated.
- Cook Until Golden: Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Drain and Coat: Remove fritters with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels. Coat in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
