Description

Delight in the unpredictable flavors of grilled shishito peppers, perfect for gatherings or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 250g Shishito Peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Lemon (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the shishito peppers with olive oil and sea salt in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Carefully place the peppers on the grill and grill for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove the peppers from the grill and transfer them to a serving plate.
  5. Serve warm with a drizzle of fresh lemon juice, if desired.

Notes

Shishito peppers are mild but can surprise with a kick. They’re best served warm and can be paired with various dips.
