Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Toss the shishito peppers with olive oil and sea salt in a medium-sized bowl.
- Carefully place the peppers on the grill and grill for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove the peppers from the grill and transfer them to a serving plate.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of fresh lemon juice, if desired.
