- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sweet potatoes on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
- While the sweet potatoes are grilling, season the chicken breasts with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Steam the broccoli florets until bright green and tender.
- Once everything is cooked, assemble the bowl by placing sweet potatoes, grilled chicken, broccoli, and avocado slices together.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
