Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat Your Cooking Surface: Preheat the grill to medium-high or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken on the grill or baking sheet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow to Rest: Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes.
