- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ can (7 oz.) full-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp marshmallow creme
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup sprinkles & 1 tbsp for topping
- 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs (reserve 9 whole for decoration)
Instructions
- Prep the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving a slight overhang for easy removal later.
- Reserve your mini eggs: Keep 9 whole Cadbury Mini Eggs for decoration and chop the rest coarsely.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of marshmallow creme. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Pour this mixture into the prepared pan.
- Prepare the white chocolate layer: In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk and marshmallow creme. Stir in the vanilla extract, then fold in your sprinkles for a colorful touch.
- Layer the fudge: Gently pour the white fudge mixture over the chocolate layer, creating a delicious contrast. Top with remaining sprinkles and arrange your reserved whole mini eggs, scattering the chopped pieces around in any gaps for delightful surprises.
- Set the fudge: Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or ideally overnight to allow it to set completely.
- Slice and serve: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil edges, peel off the foil, and slice into squares for serving.
Notes
Store the fudge in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. Allow extra time for chilling if it is too soft.
