Description

Indulge in a delightful blend of rich dark chocolate, tart dried strawberries, and crunchy nuts, all beautifully combined to create a luxurious bark treat.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz high-quality dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa), chopped
  • 2.8 oz dried strawberries, sliced
  • 2.1 oz roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1.4 oz roasted almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp edible dried rose petals, optional
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet into an even layer.
  4. Add the dried strawberries, chopped pistachios, and almonds evenly over the chocolate.
  5. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt over the top.
  6. Set the chocolate at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for faster results.
  7. Break the bark into pieces once fully set and store in an airtight container.

Notes

The bark can be stored for up to one week at room temperature or frozen for three months for long-term storage.
