Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced dill pickles, red onion, and celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture, pour the dressing over, and toss gently.
- Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
