Description

A vibrant and zesty pasta salad combining creamy dressing with tangy dill pickles and crisp vegetables, perfect for summer picnics.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced dill pickles, red onion, and celery.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture, pour the dressing over, and toss gently.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Best when made a day in advance. Customize with additional veggies or proteins as desired.
