Description

  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Gather your roast beef, cheese, tortillas, and seasonings. Preheat your non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Assemble the Filling: Lay a tortilla flat and add a generous layer of roast beef in the center. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  3. Roll It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll from the bottom upwards, tucking in the filling.
  4. Fry the Roll-Ups: Brush with melted butter and place seam-side down in the skillet. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip.
  5. Prepare the Dipping Sauce: Simmer beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and seasonings in a saucepan.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Slice the roll-ups and serve warm with the dipping sauce.
