- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or cooking spray for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
- Lightly spray tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
