Description

Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips are a flavorful and healthy snack, combining the creaminess of cottage cheese with a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  5. Lightly spray tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

These chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week and can also be made in an air fryer for a quicker option.
