- 1 block of firm tofu
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 head of Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat your pan: Add olive oil and preheat it over medium heat.
- Press and cut the tofu: Place the tofu block between paper towels and press lightly to remove excess moisture. Cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Coat the tofu: Gently toss the tofu cubes in buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Pan-fry the tofu: Carefully place the tofu cubes in the skillet and fry until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine lettuce and dressing: In a large mixing bowl, mix the chopped Romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing.
- Add the crispy tofu: Top the dressed leafy greens with the crispy tofu.
- Sprinkle and serve: Add croutons and Parmesan cheese on top, and serve immediately.
Notes
