Description

A delightful and crunchy salad featuring crispy buffalo-flavored tofu, fresh Romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, and croutons for an exciting twist on a classic.


Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat your pan: Add olive oil and preheat it over medium heat.
  2. Press and cut the tofu: Place the tofu block between paper towels and press lightly to remove excess moisture. Cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Coat the tofu: Gently toss the tofu cubes in buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  4. Pan-fry the tofu: Carefully place the tofu cubes in the skillet and fry until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine lettuce and dressing: In a large mixing bowl, mix the chopped Romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing.
  6. Add the crispy tofu: Top the dressed leafy greens with the crispy tofu.
  7. Sprinkle and serve: Add croutons and Parmesan cheese on top, and serve immediately.

Notes
