- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 4 Medium Potatoes, Diced
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Chopped Parsley for Garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and let soften for about 1 minute.
- Season the 4 chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Brown on each side for about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced potatoes around the chicken.
- Pour 1 cup of heavy cream over the chicken and potatoes, then sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
