Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi: Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and let them cook according to package instructions. Keep an eye on them; they’re done once they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In your large skillet over medium heat, combine the shredded chicken, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
- Melt in the cheeses: Lower the heat slightly. Gradually stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until melted and smoothly incorporated.
- Combine gnocchi and sauce: Toss the cooked gnocchi into the skillet, letting the sauce coat each piece. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
