- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the thawed corn, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and gently fold everything together.
- If using, fold in the chopped cilantro.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
