Description

A comforting breakfast casserole with layers of eggs, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and crunchy hash browns.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups hash browns
  • 1 cup crispy bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Layer hash browns at the bottom of the greased baking dish followed by crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
  4. Combine the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden and the eggs have set.
  6. Cool for a few moments before slicing into squares.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the night before and storing in the fridge without baking. Reheat in the oven for best results.
