- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups hash browns
- 1 cup crispy bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Layer hash browns at the bottom of the greased baking dish followed by crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
- Combine the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden and the eggs have set.
- Cool for a few moments before slicing into squares.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the night before and storing in the fridge without baking. Reheat in the oven for best results.
