Instructions
- Begin by taking a generous layer of chocolate chip cookies and arranging them snugly at the bottom of your springform pan.
- Scoop a layer of velvety vanilla ice cream on top of the cookies and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle your homemade fudge sauce over the ice cream layer.
- Repeat the previous two steps until the pan fills, ending with a final layer of ice cream.
- Pop the cake into the freezer for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) to freeze solid.
