Description

Instructions

  1. Begin by taking a generous layer of chocolate chip cookies and arranging them snugly at the bottom of your springform pan.
  2. Scoop a layer of velvety vanilla ice cream on top of the cookies and spread it evenly.
  3. Drizzle your homemade fudge sauce over the ice cream layer.
  4. Repeat the previous two steps until the pan fills, ending with a final layer of ice cream.
  5. Pop the cake into the freezer for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) to freeze solid.
  6. Carefully release the springform pan once fully frozen.
