- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas until slightly browned and pliable.
- Fill and roll: Spoon about a cup of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Cook the wraps: Place the wrapped seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip for perfection: Carefully flip each wrap and let it brown on the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy: Cut the wraps in half and serve hot with extra garlic aioli on the side.
