Description

Delightful wraps filled with shredded chicken and garlic aioli, topped with melted cheddar cheese and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Warm the tortillas: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas until slightly browned and pliable.
  3. Fill and roll: Spoon about a cup of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  4. Cook the wraps: Place the wrapped seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip for perfection: Carefully flip each wrap and let it brown on the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Cut the wraps in half and serve hot with extra garlic aioli on the side.
