Description

Delightfully crispy chicken bombs filled with creamy cheese and a spicy buffalo kick, wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the filling by combining shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, green onions, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare the crescent roll dough by unrolling it and separating it into triangles.
  4. Fill each triangle with a spoonful of the chicken mixture and roll tightly, sealing edges.
  5. Arrange the filled rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Customize with jalapeños or turkey instead of chicken. Make ahead by preparing the filling a day in advance.
