Description

Cheeseburger Eggrolls blend classic cheeseburger flavors with a crispy eggroll wrapper, creating a delightful and unique dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks until fully browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  2. Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add the diced onions and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until soft.
  4. Mix in the diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and cool the mixture slightly before folding in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Wrap each egg roll by placing 2 tablespoons of filling on a wrapper, moistening the edges, and rolling it tightly.
  7. Heat oil in a skillet or pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  8. Fry the eggrolls in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

These eggrolls can be made ahead of time and frozen. Air-frying is a healthier alternative to frying.
