Description

A light and invigorating salad featuring cheese tortellini, crispy bacon, tangy ranch dressing, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for picnics and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cheese tortellini
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water until tender, according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool.
  2. Combine the cooled tortellini, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced green onions, and diced chicken (if using) in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Toss gently with a spatula to combine until all ingredients are coated in dressing.
