Delicious caramel apple cheesecake bars with a crunchy graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and drizzled caramel sauce.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon into the mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
These bars can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for extra indulgence.
