- ½ Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the ricotta cheese, softened butter, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and orange zest.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
