Description

Crunchy, cheesy Buffalo Chicken Mozzarella Sticks filled with spicy shredded chicken and gooey mozzarella, perfect for game day or parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (Ranch or Blue Cheese)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce, ensuring all chicken is coated.
  2. Take mozzarella cheese and form a stick shape around a spoonful of the chicken mixture.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Roll each stick in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry sticks in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain. Serve with dipping sauces.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider using an air fryer instead of deep frying.
