- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 cups Cooking Oil
- 1/2 cup Dipping Sauces (Ranch or Blue Cheese)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce, ensuring all chicken is coated.
- Take mozzarella cheese and form a stick shape around a spoonful of the chicken mixture.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Roll each stick in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry sticks in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain. Serve with dipping sauces.
