Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the crushed vanilla wafers, banana pudding mix, whipped cream, and mashed bananas until smooth.
- Shape the truffles: Use your hands or a cookie scoop to form small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for firmness: Chill the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate: Using a double boiler or microwave, melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Dip your truffles: Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Decorate while wet: Sprinkle festive decorations over the chocolate coating before it sets.
- Set before serving: Allow the truffles to rest until the chocolate is fully set, about an hour at room temperature.
