- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line your 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the vanilla wafers and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Make the cheesecake filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
- Incorporate the mashed bananas into the cream cheese mixture and spread it over the crust.
