- 1.5 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

- 4 ounces fresh goat cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon additional honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toast the bread on a baking sheet, brushing both sides with olive oil. Toast for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Create the balsamic glaze by simmering balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon honey in a saucepan for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix diced strawberries with honey, basil, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble the toasts by spreading goat cheese on each slice and topping with the strawberry mixture.
- Finish with a drizzle of the balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
