Description

Bacon Wrapped Smokies are tender little sausages enveloped in crispy bacon, glazed with a sweet and savory mixture, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package smokies (little sausages)
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each bacon strip into thirds.
  3. Wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  4. Combine brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  5. Place the wrapped smokies on your baking sheet and brush them generously with the glaze.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown.
