- 1 pound bacon

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

- Cut each bacon strip into thirds.
- Wrap each smokie with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
- Combine brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
