Description

Delicious tater tot cones filled with a savory bacon cheeseburger mixture, perfect for a fun and tasty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups tater tots
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the diced onions and cook until softened.
  5. Stir in the crumbled bacon, ketchup, and mustard, mixing well.
  6. Remove the tater tots from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  7. In a cone-shaped holder, place a layer of tater tots, then fill with the bacon cheeseburger mixture.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles.
