Description

A vibrant and customizable Avocado Toast Board featuring creamy avocados, toasted bread, and a variety of fresh toppings, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 loaf of sourdough or whole grain bread
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as cilantro or dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
  4. Top each toast with slices of smoked salmon.
  5. Arrange cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion on the board around the toasts.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top.
