- 2 Croissants, flaky and buttery
- 1 Medium Apple, thinly sliced (such as Granny Smith or Fuji)
- 4 oz Goat Cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Fresh Arugula (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Mix the goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl until well blended.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
- Add fresh arugula if desired.
- Top with the other half of the croissant.
- Place on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
